ONLINE PEHCHAN API – VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Vendors must provide accurate business and contact information. 2. Vendors must protect their login credentials and API access tokens. 3. Vendors are responsible for managing their own customers, where reseller features are enabled. 4. Vendors must not use the platform for spam, fraud, or unauthorized messaging. 5. All vendors must comply with Meta WhatsApp Business Platform policies. 6. Vendors must obtain appropriate consent before sending messages to recipients. 7. Subscription plans, usage limits, and applicable fees will be communicated before purchase. 8. Vendors must not resell or redistribute the source code unless their license expressly permits it. 9. Online Pehchan API may restrict access for policy violations or misuse. 10. Vendors must cooperate with reasonable security and compliance requirements.
